LSBE 2026 Industry Visit
On January 24, 2026, students, faculty, and the LSBE team gathered in Switzerland for a unique industry engagement experience. The event began with a guided technical and strategic tour of Kernkraftwerk Leibstadt (KKL), Switzerland’s largest nuclear power plant. Participants gained practical insight into large-scale energy production, sustainability frameworks, risk management systems, and the operational complexity behind national infrastructure.
Following the tour, the group continued to Gasthof Sternen in Wettingen, one of Switzerland’s oldest inns. The evening began with an aperitif in the historic cellar, followed by dinner and open discussion among students, faculty, and the team. The setting encouraged reflection, exchange of ideas, and meaningful networking in a relaxed yet intellectually engaging atmosphere.
At LSBE, we believe education extends beyond digital classrooms. Experiential exposure, strategic discussion, and human connection form an integral part of our learning philosophy. The LSBE 2026 Industry Visit exemplified our mission to bridge theory and practice while cultivating a strong academic community across borders.
